Who are we?

Phoenix was born in 2017, when I was looking for a concierge service for my vacation apartment. I had the opportunity to test several traditional rental solutions or overpriced concierge services before realizing that a combined and accessible solution did not exist. Either you had to deal with the constraint of not having your property at your leisure, or the costs of a concierge were prohibitively expensive.

We have therefore developed a concept in which the owner uses his property as he pleases with the benefit of personalized services, which are financed by the seasonal rental activity. Today, some twenty concierges deploy their skills to meet the requirements of our customers and their guests.

In 2019, Marilyn and her solid experience as a Property Manager joined us to develop the service offer that is ours today.

Our slogan "tailor-made to your measure" sums up our ambition to offer personalized services allowing everyone to benefit from the solution best suited to the use of their property.
